CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- All products are suitable for indoor use.
- Metal surfaces do not require any special maintenance apart from general periodic cleaning. A damp cloth or duster should be more than sufficient.
- Avoid abrasive materials such as Scotch brite sponges as these will scratch the coating
- Do not apply any chemicals as this could dull or even damage the finish.
- Filing drawers and shelves have an applicable load rating.
- Any water spillage should be wiped away with a dry cloth immediately.
- Do not use abrasive sponges/scouring pads to clean glass as this may scratch the glass.
- Workstation Fabric screen colours will fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight.
- Remove surface dust regularly using a vacuum upholstery nozzle.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Warranty:
- The product comes with a 2 year warranty against any manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
- For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer easy replacements. We will assess the damage and revert within 72 hours. We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or just send you a replacement part.
- Assembled items will not be accepted for exchange except for manufacturing defects
- For unassembled pieces, we accept items for exchange, if returned within 5 working days from date of purchase as long as items are accompanied by original invoice or receipt, in their original packaging, unused and/or delivered to our warehouses.
- No exchange of sale or clearance products
Returns will be processed only if:
- The product is damaged.
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
- The product is returned in the same condition as it was received by you, with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging.
- These items are eligible for return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. In an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered you can also opt for a free replacement (if available)
- For defects identified outside the 14-day return period, you can also avail the manufacturer warranty as communicated on the product details page.

We conduct quality checks on our products post production.
- We inspect raw material and components before manufacturing.
- We provide more care at the time of packing and more thermocol inside the carton to ensure the product does not get damaged during transportation.
- Our filing cabinet and office cupboards are FIRA /US 1908 Certified.
• Our fire safes and fire filing cabinets are tested, approved and certified by the Swedish National Testing and Research Institute.
